No Returns or Refunds

Once your order is confirmed or in transit, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Products designed for intimate personal use are considered sold once opened and cannot be accepted back under any circumstances to ensure hygiene and customer safety.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we take extensive care to ensure that all products are shipped in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or dysfunctional item, we are here to assist.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please:

  • Email clear photos of the product and packaging to orders@soulsurfer.in

  • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order

Our Quality Control team will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution. Depending on the assessment, this may include sending a replacement product or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Sale or Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
